> The chips are cut out from the wafer and assembled onto circuit boards.

> Cards are assembled using solid gold thread that is not much larger than the diameter of a human hair.

> Now it's time to turn the chips into memory cards and USB flash drivers.

> Products are assembled and tested by hand to assure the finest quality.

> Every Lexar product gets tested before  ship it to the customer.

> Every speed-rated memory card is tested to assure that it meets speed specification.

> Now, it's time to put the product into retail packing.
